UNIMILL is a precision, Power operated geared Machine Assembly which can be used independently or fitted on various machine tools for any types of MILLING, DRILLING BORING, GRINDING, SHAPING, KEY-SEATING and other machining operations. The centre height can be adjusted vertically up down. *13 speeds, ranging from 30 to 280 RPM for various Milling operations and Further 13 speeds with High speed cutting head ranging from 460 to 4200 RPM (optional) for high speed drilling; grinding & other operations.
 
 
Spindle Taper : Morse No.3. Provided with draw bar for positive locking of spindles and cutting arbours.
Hardened Precision ground posts, provide rigid support and permit smooth vertical travel up to 5”.
Preloaded precision Taper roller bearings with oil seals permit mounting in any position for machining in any direction.
Circular T-slot for fitting attachments or work heads, parallel; or upto 30 degree on either side
HP, 1400 RPM, three phase or single phase contant speed, continuous duty Electric Motor Drive
Base suitable for easy quick mounting on any machine tools.
